The room reminded me of an elongated storage room. One of the windows was missing a screen and because of a slight unpleasant odor, we opened the door and windows which let in flies. On a positive note, the shower pressure was excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Disliked: I had to call the desk to get hot water!!! I called they said they would call back did and said it should be on its way now. Why did I have to call??

Liked: friendly check-in person, hard floors in the room, easy to get to
Disliked: the bed was very high off the floor, which made it tricky to hop onto with my bad knees. The bed also made a lot of noise when I moved. The door and lock felt flimsy. I could smell cigarette smoke from outside. Bathroom had little space to set things down

Liked: It was rated a 3 we were by the road so a busy street we heard every car very loud like they were driving through the room. People fighting all night not a good experience

Disliked: The air conditioning is too loud, making it difficult to fall asleep.
