Liked: Location is good , only 10 minutes from our kids and grandkids. Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Closed, as well as the pool. Big disappointment there. Went to room and attempted to adjust the heat as it was only 65 degrees in the room. Left to get dinner and when we came back it was still 65 degrees. Wife was already tucked in bed reading when I called the desk asking for help. Manager arrived shortly thereafter and did not have any success with getting the heat to work. He did allow us to move to another room nearby. That room had plenty of heat ... too much so. Took me several hours to get comfortable (operator error I'm sure)
