Exceptional
Liked: In a prior review, I was disappointed with my experience. Robin Hood resort responded to my review, saying they would work with me to rectify the situation. I am writing this review to let everyone know that I did follow up with them and they held true to their word, so you can believe them when they respond to peoples reviews that they will do everything to make your stay and future stay a positive experience. I would absolutely go back to this location. Their place was clean and everything functioned properly. The location is not right next to the slopes, but it is right on the main street that has a lot of the bars, shops, entertainment and restaurants. Parking also comes with your stay here, which is a huge plus. I recommend staying at this place.

Spacious room, clean, tv, wifi,...
Liked: Room size was spacious! 1 Queen bed in a separate room. The other Queen bed was in the living room across from the loveseat couch. Living space had couch, coffee table, round dining table with 2-3 chairs. A small kitchenette with an ice bucket, paper coffee cups, plastic cups, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Room has carpet which looked cleaned and a fireplace (you can purchase firewood from the office). The tv had a good amount of channels, I brought my firestick though. Also there is parking behind the building and a restaurant in front of the building. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The room was freezing when we arrived (was set at 50 F), the heater works well but took hours to warm the room from 50-70 degrees. The shower took maybe 4-5 mins to get hot and stayed hot the entire duration for both my shower and my friend’s shower which was shortly after. Also the bathroom faucet always ran cold water from both nozzles. Beds were decent to sleep on but they were springy old mattresses.

Liked: Great location in the middle of the village, everything you need is at the walking distance. Smooth check in and check out, nice and clear room.

Upsetting
Disliked: I booked a room that was supposed to have two beds, 1king and one queen Murphy bed. I was given a room with only one bed because they oversold their rooms and I was forced to buy an entire other room to have that second bed. This sort of practice should be illegal and I should have been given the room because of their mistakes but now I’m out an additional $290. On top of that their services at their restaurant was incredibly slow with nobody even greeting us at the host stand for 40 minutes. Terrible service.
