Disliked: Tv remote did not work, and there was no coffee or cup in the room. Coffee in the common area was empty. Was told she'd make more but never did

Disliked: Bathroom sink tap was broken the chair at the desk was broken and there was blood on the floor at the door both in and outside.

Bad service

Disliked: Hot room no hair dryer and stairs. I booked specifically for a ground floor for mom because she has a bad knee. And she had to climb the stairs and made her knee feel worse and swelled.
