Great hotel to spend time in. Close to downtown Memphis and Beale Street. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel!

Liked: Price of room; view of Mississippi River; dining options (fine dining, Paulette's, sports bar/casual, Tugg's); very friendly atmosphere; overall a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Great spot to stay in Memphis!
Disliked: None.

Beautiful boutique hotel on Mud Island near downtown!

Liked: Great location on quiet Mud Island, but close to downtown, Beale Street and other sites. Excellent food at Paulettes and drinks at the top floor Terrace Bar overlooking the Mississippi. Staff was friendly and professional.

Liked: Wonderful quite beautiful location. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again.

Disliked: The front desk agent was rude and passive-aggressive and the hotel director condoned his behavior. His rude behavior felt racially motivated, and when I reported it, the hotel manager dismissed me.Would not recommend.
