Liked: Excellent customer service and clean. The price was stellar for staying downtown. Appreciated the free luggage check the following day so we could explore downtown.

At the time of our arrival, the Memorial Day parade was being staged in the vicinity of the hotel. It would seem a courtesy e-mail or text could have been sent to suggest alternate routes or advise of street closing/opening. It would seem that all of the information required is at your fingertips.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Location was convenient for any plans - blocks away from anything you could want to do.
Disliked: Containers for ice were difficult to acquire. Perhaps placing one per room and extras at the ice station would work better.

I came into town for a concert and was pleased with the hotel overall.

Liked: Very nice staff and clean.
Disliked: The room was very small - almost as if one room was cut in thirds.

It wasn’t terrible just uncomfortable.

Liked: The location was great and for the city their parking options weren’t terrible.
Disliked: I had paid and asked for a king bed room. Unfortunately the bed wasn’t even a king bed. It was at most 2 twin beds but together. Which in turn does not create a full king size bed let alone the fact that it was 2 beds put together didn’t even have any form of fitted sheet on top of the topper just a normal sheet. There was a crack right down the middle of the bed so it literally was just 2 beds pushed together. I’m only 5’7 my feet shouldn’t hang off a “king” size bed and my wife is only 5’3 and couldn’t lay on the pillow correctly. If you’re going to advertise a king bed make sure it’s actually a king bed! The mattresses were hard as a rock also. By far the worst bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Good location, friendly staff, suited...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful when TV wasn’t working moved us to a different room. Having water bottles was great and laundry facilities.
Disliked: In the first room we had the bathroom faced the bedroom and coz was frosted glass meant that every time through night the light was on still lit up main room. If bathroom facing the bedroom better to have darker door. Second room the bathroom faced a diff direction so wasn’t an issue.

Great value for money

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely phenomenal for the price we paid (about 100 dollars less per night than any other hotel in the vicinity). We spent very little time in the hotel which worked for us. The facilities are great for the price including complimentary water beside the elevator.
Disliked: The room was compact but again we spent very little time in the room so wasn't an issue overall.
