Hotel Information

The residence is made up of 122 apartments spread over 8 floors. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

Room Information

All the 122 apartments are fitted with 2 hotplates, an oven, vacuum cleaner, and a balcony (equipped with 2 deckchairs and one coffee table). Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Important Information

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening times: Monday-Thursday: 09:00-12:00 / 17:00-19:00. Friday: 09:00-12:00 / 16:00- 22:00. Saturday: 07:30- 22:00 Sunday: 08:00-12:00 / 16:00-19:30. Important: if you plan to arrive outside of these reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Hotel Policies

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.46 city/tourist tax per person older than 11 years per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
