Disliked: When checking in I asked if the pool and hot tub were available they answered yes however it was only the pool that was hot tub was taped off

The place was good but...

Liked: I came all the way from Vegas and flew out here to spend time with family. The room and the location was great.Also the basketball court was kool but all the balls were flat
Disliked: First day There was a car park on the parking lot and something was sticking out of it that blocks the side walk. My dad end up tripping over and fell and was bleeding badly first night. Also the pool was closed during Halloween. The weather was cold for kids to go trick or treating, so i had the kids got ready to go swimming but the pool was closed. The manager took the pool key home. There was no extra key to let the guest enjoy their pool time being there. The pool was closed and the jacuzzi was out of commission. I was embarrassed and disappointed and saw the kids face and wanted to go home after.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. The pool was nice even though I had to ask for towels
Disliked: The room was dirty. Stains on due bedspread. Dishes in dishwasher dirty. Bottles in closet from previous guest. No coffee maker. Had to buy own Coffee and filters. When I did get a coffee maker it was filthy too. I had to buy a coffee maker cleaner to use it. Also there was not enough dishes to use to make meals. I had to ask for this. The room was very run down.

Liked: The bed was actually clean unlike the sofa cushions
Disliked: Pool wasn't open until late the water kicked on every 15 minutes inside the wall. The breakfast was horrible. Then I was overcharged
