Excellent Hotel

Liked: We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms and lobby are exceptionally clean. It is a very quiet hotel. Breakfast is excellent along with the facilities in our room.
Disliked: There was a party in the pool room which made it uncomfortable to go down for a swim. Food was being served.

Liked: Two bedrooms separated by the kitchen/dining room & living room. Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Great variety of breakfast choices. Late checkout helped us.

Liked: Room was excellent- lots of space for our family to spread out and be comfy.
Disliked: Temperature control was a bit difficult. Main room was super hot, but the bedrooms were very cool. Thermostat is located in main room so it didn't control the bedrooms temp very well.

Disliked: Found roaches in the room as well as dirty sheets then when I brought it to the attention of front desk he offered to move our room which we accepted until we got into that room and found a large yellow stain on the shower curtain beside the toilet, so we opted to leave because we were uncomfortable staying in these conditions. I was told that the manager would be in touch with me her name is may she did not get in touch with me, I had to call and try to reach out to her and I was told she had left for the day we had also just found out our card had got charged a second time for the room then I called again the next day and was told she was in a meeting and she would call me back tomorrow this is honestly unacceptable. I’ve been working in hotels for almost 10 years and we would never leave our rooms in such a state let alone avoid a costumer
