Good

OK, except for the surprise...

Liked: The breakfast was good. There were two bathrooms. The staff was friendly. There was a a full size kitchen.
Disliked: During the booking of this room, there was no mention of an overnight parking fee OR a fee for wi fi usage. Therefore I was surprised by these charges, so that was unpleasant. Had I known about these extra fees, I might have made a different lodging choice. In unit 1124, the upstairs bathroom fan does not operate.

We stayed one night flying...

Liked: Loved the staff at front desk. Close to airport. Clean
Disliked: Riley’s are really low

Fell below standards for a...

Liked: Breakfast was very good as was the staff working the breakfast bar.
Disliked: Toilet didn't work properly, heating/ac system was inadequate, light in living room area was inoperative. Outdoor lights for stairway up to unit were not working.

Value was good, but building...

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was ideal, close to shopping and airport. I liked the fact that it had two bedroom units available, which was ideal for a big family.
Disliked: The rooms are okay but the furniture was quite uncomfortable, and the building definitely needs some updating.

Awful.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Refused to give a refund after the front desk lady TOLD ME she would refund me. Their building wouldn’t let me check in because I’m 20 and not 21 yet their own website doesn’t say anything about an age restriction for checking in. When I called to ask why they weren’t refunding me I got some lady giving me the worst attitude I’ve ever received from someone that’s being paid to help me.

Spacious suite and restful sleep

Liked: Of all the places I have stayed in the area this property has by far been the best. I do not care about things being updated, I’m not checking into a luxury spa, but I do care about clean and it was clean. I love that they are basically apartment duplexes which means I don’t have to traips through the lobby and say hello to anyone (I’m an introvert). I reserved the queen suite with a fireplace and it was great - spacious with natural light. Also, I never sleep well in hotels but I had a very good, restful one here. It was so quiet. I will be returning to the Residence Inn. You cannot beat it for the value.

Disappointing

Liked: Not good. Location was fine
Disliked: Breakfast is nasty even though it's free it's nasty. Gravy clumpy the hashbrowns are under cooked and eggs burnt.
