Amazing hotel

Liked: I love everything about the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will be back again! Only hotel I will stay at.
Disliked: Jaccuzi was down

Liked: The breakfast was very good lots of options. Very close to union station and the wheel. Room was clean very spacious. Used the pool it was very nice a little cold but nothing you can get used to
Disliked: Some doors were out of service so we had to walk all the way around when we arrive at night

Liked: It was really nice & the breakfast was great as well.
Disliked: The pool closed so early.

Liked: I loved the pool area for the kids.
Disliked: I wasn't happy that the hot tub wasn't working the second night.

Great stay, will definitely book...

Liked: The property all around was great! The free breakfast had so many different options to choose from. All the staff were so kind and helpful! Location was great no far drive to anything we visited! My kiddos loved the pool! They have a bar on the first floor, and offer laundry services!
