Liked: Beautiful, nice music playing as you come in the door, smelled glorious!
Disliked: We woke up there third morning to a puddle on the kitchen floor, and the ceiling dripping… but a quick call to the front desk and it was resolved. Didn’t leak at all the next night. I was just glad it didn’t affect the electrical at all.

Disliked: Property looks and feels very tired. Many windows were fogged due to broken sills. Plumbing fixtures are worn. Room was dark even with lights on.

Passable

Liked: Oatmeal toppings available.
Disliked: Hotel needs modifying and updating. The breakfast area is huge, take advantage of that and offer more than reheated items.

We enjoyed our room and...

Liked: Loved the trim we got. Traveled with a friend, so having the two room suite was perfect.
Disliked: Distance from Memphis. But the area was really nice.

Not worth the price

Disliked: Problems with TV, had to change rooms. Bathroom fan really loud, no hair dryer. The carpet was dirty, left dark marks on my white socks; tile floor was sticky; the paper towel holder was only attached to the wall on one side. Worst maintained Residence Inn I’ve ever been in, huge disappointment!
