We experienced a wonderful stay while being in town for a concert at the YUM Center. It was close to walk to the concert as well. The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The only bad thing was rust dripping off the handrails entering the hot tub - although we did tell a housekeeper and they were going to wipe it down. They're even pet friendly! Great hotel and we would stay again.

Breakfast choices were excellent, and varied day to day, which gave you the feeling of making choices. The upgraded suite I was given had a fire place which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were very comfortable. You get more with the residence inn for less than the higher priced hotels in the area.(and I've stayed at both the Marriott downtown and galt house before). Staff was friendly and helpful.

From the first moment we walked in the hotel to checkout, the staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Our room was clean, comfortable,quiet, and had lots of room. There was parking space whenever we returned to the hotel.
