I always make a point to stay at Residence Inns, and until this one, have always been very satisfied. Our weekend was for a family reunion and wedding and filled with activities. We'd really counted on Residence Inn to provide a good night's sleep - this didn't happen, and we were more exhausted than we should have been.

Liked: Well located. Clean, except for filthy back entrance.
Disliked: Back entrance floor was really dirty and smelly. We were there 3 nights and it was never vacuumed. Also, back door lock was very loose - easily accessed without a card. Not only no soundproofing, but the air register actually amplified sound from other rooms. It was as if the people were in bed with us. And the bed was waaaay too soft. So much space between room door and frame that the light from hallway poured in. Lighting over sink in bathroom was ridiculous. Impossible to put on make-up.

Liked: The front desk women is amazing ! Very kind and sweet . We stay at new a week and love their breakfast.

Liked: Size of room, beds were comfortable the room and facility was very clean. Great location to many restaurants and shops.
Disliked: Breakfast was not great.
