Liked: Great breakfast options and times. It was a very clean and comfortable room and public areas were well kept.
Disliked: Only ONE USB port in the entire suite! With so many accessories using just USB I couldn’t use a handful of my things because I didn’t have a power brick. No fan in the bathroom and the windows don’t even crack open.

Good but probably won't come...

Liked: The mini-kitchen was great and the small sitting area perfect for our grown daughter to sleep for the night. The bed and pillows were good. Towels were white and soft etc. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was a mirror image of what we get when we stay at Best Western. I expected more from a Residence Inn. Maybe I've been out of touch with this "branding" within the Marriott chain. I used to work in management at the O'Hare Marriott so am familiar with the ethos and quality from way back when. I also found the configuration of the bedroom to the bathroom horrible -- who wants to be in bed and watch your partner doing their bathroom duties .. it was odd.

Liked: We had a delayed flight, the check in person was awesome, i appreciated the breakfast, I liked there was no meat so we could actually eat, I did not like the dirty utensils in the sink in our room,We did not notice them till the next morning. Imaging our grossed out surprise. I did not like that the hotel was not as represented on the booking site or their website, filthy carpet, empty pool, under construction, room smelled good but felt dirty. Check out person just said oh, sorry about the dirty utensils, just gross
Disliked: I was really surprised this was a Marriot family hotel, did not meet the standards for cleanliness in the room, the carpet . I just was overall pissed that we ended up choosing this hotel over so many other hotels based on the reviews and the photos which did not match the promoted info on the websites..

Liked: Hotel employees went above and beyond at he front desk at check in with balloons and chocolates for my wife birthday.

Pleasant

Liked: close to shops and restaurants
Disliked: dogs and animals on the property..like really big dogs!
