Great place to stay and...

Liked: Easy to find and very close to the Lucas Oil Stadium without the outrageous prices for staying close to town. Very clean and friendly.

Didn’t even stay one night

Disliked: There were no bedding provided for the third guest when it was supposed to be a room for three adults. Pull out Sofa was dirty, stained and the deadbolt lock did not work properly. Very disappointed! Didn’t even stay one night on the property after discovering these issues. I should have noticed this when I first checked in but we were in a hurry to drop off our luggage to meet for a prior engagement. All of this dissatisfaction was noticed when we returned later that evening. I was very uncomfortable for my family to stay at this location.

Liked: Mrs. Wheatley was amazing, and had wonderful customer service.
Disliked: Loud fighting in the halls, loud fighting in the courtyard. Uneducated staff regarding the difference between an ADA service dog and an emotional support animal.

Disliked: Everything!!! Got there and the front desk clerk was unprofessional and gave me a hard time with my reservations!! Didn’t have the reservation in order! The room smell like dirty laundry. Nothing worked the fireplace, the fire pit, some of the key pads didn’t work. The work said “she couldn’t give me clean linings for the bed cause she didn’t have access to it.” I asked for the manager she stated “ she would leave a message for them to talk to me in the morning and didn’t do that. I ask the day shift clerk for the manager and still didn’t get the manager. The guest up over me had 4 teenagers and it sounded like they where going to come through the ceiling on me! I called the front seat and ask if they would tell them to keep it down a bit and nothing happened. This place is very disappointing!!

Liked: We love the suites!
Disliked: The pool said it was heated but it was ice cold. The elevator also locked up on us and the call button inside didn’t work. We had to call the front desk to get help. Thankfully they were fast acting.
