Liked: location and breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable bed.
Disliked: did NOT like the b.s additional $15 PER DAY for parking. bogus additional fees they can get away with charging people for.

Pedestrian accommodations that were adequate...

Liked: Housekeeping personnel was friendly. Location was central. Checkout was fast. Parking was spacious and plentiful. Breakfast provided at normal hours.
Disliked: Penthouse suite has extremely dated decor. The sunken couch and multiple dents in refrigerator was annoying. No paper towels provided in kitchen. Staff's(?) small dog roaming around freely/unleashed during breakfast area among guest. The $16 daily parking fee was excessive seeing that it is unsecured and directly adjacent to a liquor store and strip mall. The small TV in living room and large off centered TV's in both bedrooms made all viewing uncomfortable. Etc...

Great location and good stay...

Liked: Location was perfect for what I needed. Easy access to freeways and tons of shopping options nearby. Parking was plentiful and close to the room. It was nice to have breakfast included. It wasn't anything fancy, but had enough options to choose from. I was allowed to check in early too, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight.
Disliked: Carpeting in the room did not feel clean - it was dark brown and impossible to tell if it was dirty or clean. Would have much preferred flooring versus carpet in a hotel room. Also, there was a gross brown/yellow stain around the bathtub (room 1111) that just made everything feel unclean. Even though there were no other visibly unclean areas, the perception from the dirty bathtub gave the overall impression that things weren't cleaned as thoroughly as they should be.
