Disliked: Staff not interactive or friendly upon arrival. Value not great for price, location. Pull out sofa very uncomfortable. Old, thin mattress and should be replaced

Disliked: It was the day after Christmas my wallet was stolen out of my car. So I had no identification card. My husband had his. Same last name. They would not allow his to check into our room or me. So I asked for a refund. They refused. When I called to check the Statius of room it was canceled. So they kept my money. We was traveling so we were four hours from home.
