Highly Recommend!

Liked: Exceptional stay! We came down with our infant to visit family and take a small first family vacation. The hotel was very clean, from the shared facilities to our room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating - even told us they had a pack & play ready for us in the room before we asked during check in. Breakfast was great and the overall hotel was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. It was the perfect location to spend time in both Tampa and Clearwater/St Pete and quickly get to the airport for our flight home. We would definitely stay again for another visit!

Disliked: Dirty, outdated, sad exercise room, bad breakfast foods. To charge $400+ AND $600+ a night, there should be no dust in the bathroom, bad fixtures or dirty linens!!

Disliked: Dated. Ants in room. Called to get linens for sofa bed was told to come get them and this was at 1130pm

Liked: Breakfast selection was good, appreciate that full breakfast option. Nice staff.
Disliked: There were some really loud people next door partying at like 11pm and listening to adult movies REALLY loud. Someone must have complained before me because when I went to call to finally complain, the staff said they were on their way up. They handled the situation well and ended up having to kick the unruly people out. HOWEVER, the people must’ve thought it was me that initiated it and they ended up banging on our door yelling how they were gonna beat me up, etc etc. Not the facilities fault but I feel like you should not let super drunk trashy/loud people in to begin with. ALSO, there was a shooting in the parking lot right across from our room. Made the news and all. Police driving all over looking for the murderer. SO, i just kinda feel like everyone staying that night should get some kind of comp, something! Even though the place was fine, good size room and clean enough (we all know they are not really clean) I would never stay at that location again.

Quick clean quiet

Liked: Mattress was very comfortable. Quick easy check in. Location was close to highway but not loud inside building. Multiple free streaming platforms on tv including Max.
