Liked: Unique room layout allows kids to watch shows while keeping the other half of the room darker.
Disliked: The room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait an hour and a half before we could get checked in. Staff gave some free snacks for the kids while we waited.

I didn’t enjoy my stay....

Liked: Just the comfy bed that’s it.
Disliked: The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned. We found a glasses case on the floor near the fireplace. The glass cups and bowls were still dirty. At the bottom of the dishwasher was filled with water. The shower curtains were stained and brown dirty. There were brown fingerprints behind the restroom door. The bathroom floors were not swept and clean. There were crumbs and little trash under the bed. Overall, I was not satisfied with our stay and I paid soo much for it.

It was the perfect place...

Liked: The hotel had a nice breakfast each morning, the bed was really comfortable and it was perfectly located for our needs.

Liked: It is clean, quiet, and close to BYU campus. The kitchen is a great addition for our stay.It's a great location near BYU campus, clean and peaceful, and the kitchen is a wonderful addition to our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. And the personnel at the breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The service level wasn’t there. At the checking the person took at least 30minutes - even when we had booked through booking.com and had done the online check in before hand. Had to ask for more towels (only 3 towels, but we were 4), had ask for more toilet paper (no extra roll even if only 1/3 of bcc roll was left), and the heating unit in the room was way too noisy (ridiculously loud)
