Liked: The offer of two bedroom suites with pull out sofas
Disliked: 1.Should have a greater supply of handicapped accessible rooms on all floors2.Had to request bedding for pull out sofa 3. Pull out sofa is old and broken down and needs to be replaced and upgraded. The sofa foundation and mattress sinks like a bowl making it impossible to be comfortable for any child or adult.4. Floor in front of elevator on 3rd floor seems very unstable and needs to be shored up5. Breakfast should be extended to 10am

Dark, stark hallways with comfortable...

Liked: Location, size of room and staff were great.
Disliked: The hallways are very, very stark and dark. Not inviting at all however, very clean. Elevators are located on a far end of the building. Can be a problem for some guests, if you’re unfit to take the stairs and your room is on the opposite end of the elevators….and you have to walk down the long and very dark hallway.

Liked: The staff were lovely and room was nice.
Disliked: The hot tub was down! And it was the reason we chose the hotel.

I like like the space...

Liked: It was a buffet breakfast that changed every day. Nice choice from scrambled eggs to cereal to bagels etc. Good coffee. Plenty of room to sit down. Plus, the room has a dining and a living room area closed off from the bedroom. If you are there for several days, this is so important.
Disliked: This is pretty much a comment on all hotels. The heating can be too noisy. You do get used to it.
