Liked: Huge spacious room, great breakfast, large pool.
Disliked: Spent 4 nights. Housekeeping did not come in once. So acquired alot of trash and ran out of towels every day. Hottub was good temp night 1, pool cold night 2, BOILING hot night 3 (a lady passed out in it) and lukewarm bath temp night 4.

Liked: The front receptionist Maria made our stay memorable. Her friendly, welcoming smile, suggestions, and great sense of humor made it all great! We will be staying again! The rooms were spectacular as well!

Liked: It’s just a lovely get away for me and the kids to have a home away from home.
Disliked: The jacuzzi did not work and we really love sitting in it and relaxing but it was okay things happen.

Liked: The fireplace,was relaxing
Disliked: Blood on my wash cloth presented as clean on shelf, room not ready with towels and blankets and pillows, couch mattress flat and not comfortable aswell bed. Unfortunately had a terrible first experience there, never again, address front desk about issues not great customer service.
