Pros: This was a trip my sister and I took. We flew down to watch the Red Sox play the Pirates. It was right across the street from the park! The Courtesy desk was unbelievably helpful. I couldn't say anything wrong with the wonderful people you have working there. Being from out of the state we knew nothing and they were fantastic. The shuttle bus was wonderfully useful also. The room looked like an apartment, not a hotel room. We had a wonderful trip. The price was cheaper than a room in Boston near Fenway Park.
Cons: Nothing.

It was a great room. My husband was so impressed when we entered. I thought it was a little small for the price but I have to say it was very clean and the room was very nice. We also got a free breakfast. It was just a shame that we weren't in town to see baseball and our venue was close to the baseball stadium so we had to pay so much because of baseball. We made the same trip last summer and we stayed over the bridge and it was so much cheaper and the room was just as nice.

Pros: Beautiful room; great breakfast.
Cons: Price was a little high.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel. I will stay there again.

Pros: Our hotel room was very nice and so was the hotel itself. The staff was nice. We enjoyed the pool table after we came back to the hotel late at night. It's very close to everything.
Cons: We got lost on the way there using GPS. When we called the hotel they told us not to use the address on the website but to use a different one. I shouldn't complain about free breakfast but the hot breakfast was kind of sad. They did have some cereal and make your own waffles so it wasn't horrible. Parking was extra and cost $19. I didn't use the pool but it is pretty small. The weight room looked great.

Pros: We loved having the kitchen and separate living room area
Cons: There was no ice machine in the hotel, and the ice maker in your fridge is turned off when you check in.

Pros: Location was great! Right next to PNC park. The room was great too, the kitchen was far better than I expected
Cons: I like having vending machines around, and there were none. Not a big issue.

Pros: Where it was at
Cons: They didn't tell you where to go for the elevators or your room. And they did not offer any kind of free play like the information said on the resveration advertised

Service goes a long way, great location, great rooms, good value for the money. Disclose the parking fee more prominently and don't take yourselves too seriously. Make your guests feel more comfortable, get people on the desk that care about service.

Pros: Fantastic location, very nice hotel, clean, well appointed rooms. Good value from a physical standpoint.
Cons: I didn't like the $19 parking fee or the level of service from the staff. The staff was inexperienced and somewhat self centered, changing TV channels so they could watch from the front desk and allowing people to hang out in the parking lot drinking.
