Liked: The staff was very courtesy and helpful. Eric in the dining facility was exceptional in his service. It was centrally located to our venue and other places.

I pointed out all the things I think a guest would look forward to. However I was not pleased overal

Liked: I liked how friendly the first young lady was at the desk. They greet you coming and going and are very informative and helpful. They serve a light breakfast oatmeal, cereal, muffin,fruit,bagel, a meat, and eggs each day and have a selection of beverages, food, and microwave dinners for guest to purchase. The valet gentleman are outstanding even if you are just passing by. The computer access to print if you need to at your convenience. The bed was comfortable, great for a restful night. They have a fitness room, laundry room for guest and a pool outdoors with a beautiful view and peaceful sitting area. They have you use a key card to access building after certain hours which is nice for safety and the same for elevator. We witness a nice pizza party amongst guest in the dinning area. I oint this out because it's a nice setting things like that, they have a few TV's in the area and it is set up nicely.
Disliked: I was overcharged at the property vs the amount I was told on booking.com. I was charged for valet for two nights that I didn't even have a vehicle. I was not put in the room I booked online, it was smaller than what I should have been in as I got to see a actual room I booked while speaking to house keeping. I was charged for a extra day. My room had a few roaches that I informed the front desk about, I had to throw my food away because I didn't know if it had made contact with my food. ( I didn't have bugs we are very clean family I continuously wiped down at our stay to minimize any trash including the trash cans.) We did recommend adding grits to the menu and they informed us that they were working on it hopefully in the near future( not a complaint)

Liked: Such a great location. Super comfy and easy to get to Minute Maid Field. Breakfast and friendly staff were a bonus.
