This was a weekend get-away. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Front desk staff immediately retrieved driving directions to a concert venue. The morning after the concert, staff members asked me about the concert. I was really impressed by this - thanks for asking! The suite was immaculate. We really felt like we got "away from it all" for a weekend. Breakfast was awesome. I especially appreciated the trays, plates, bowls, and utensils provided for those of us who preferred to take our breakfast back to the comfort of our own suites! We would return here in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to all!
Liked: Suite was tastefully decorated and very welcoming. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and well thought out.

Liked: The bewakfast was great I met Melanie one of the staff she was so amazing very informative pleasant I did feel at home I also met other staff and all of them was welcoming looking forward to stay in the feture.
Disliked: There should be a visible sign on the entrance door mark LOBBYneed fermer pillows complementary water and camera in the parking lot

Nice facility some staff need...
Liked: Accommodations were nice and breakfast was decent .
Disliked: There was a weird mix up with my reservation when I came to check in . Somehow the front desk lady was saying my card on file was showing as declined when my trip was prepaid . Eventually it was revealed that there was something going on with Marriott’s computer or payment systems I had purchased with Booking.com and somehow the payment hadn’t been indicated as received by the Marriott . However I felt that the attendant was very dismissive once she saw that the payment had been declined but also being shown proof from my confirmation emails that it was paid in full. She basically was like step aside so I can deal with the next customer. She was also rude to the booking.com agent who had called on my behalf to rectify the issue , she was arguing with her and cutting her off .The general manager who took over and handled the situation was much more apologetic and tried to make me feel comfortable seeing it was the Marriott’s and not my fault . However she made me feel like I was trying to get in without paying , not even offering to trouble shoot the problem . I thought that was poor customer service on her part ! Also our fridge wasn’t working we didn’t bother complain but noticed that our beverage were still warm after putting them in there the night before .
