Great place if you aren’t...

Liked: Big room, comfy bed, friendly staff, restaurant was excellent, good selection at breakfast.
Disliked: Pull out couch mattress was pretty gross.

Liked: The nite time staff was excellent! Very helpful and friendly. Our ride was not scheduled to pick up till 2:00 pm and as long as they did not have a lot of booking we were allowed to stay in room till ride arrived. The cleaning lady herself was very professional. The head of cleaning services was extremely disrespectful. While I went downstairs to inform that I was just going to purchase another nite . The women was in front of front desk on the phone with her worker saying “ what do u mean a tattooed man answered room 523 he shouldn’t be in there . I can’t stand people who think they just can stay like that!” She was loud and I thought unprofessional. First off because others in lobby heard it all because she was loud and we’re looking at her . Which a conversation like this should have been PRIVATE. Also this was my room # she was talking about. So very embarrassing for me! I was already at front desk when she did this. So everyone in lobby heard me say my Room # which was the same she just complained about . The women stood next to the front desk with her hand on her hip obviously irritated. I informed the front desk that they said I could stay in room till 4pm if I had too. I was going to purchase another nite to enjoy another nite of vacation, but after being embarrassed. I decided not to . I felt very uneasy and didn’t like how unprofessional she was. I go to this hotel for the fact they are clean, quiet and before her professional. I am sorry to write this review , but would think u would like to be aware of one of your staffs behavior. Thank you

They were so nice to...

Liked: Loved everything. Super clean. Super friendly. Breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Not necessarily the place but when we went it was for our anniversary and we didn’t know they had also booked a kids birthday party as well so the pool was always occupied with lots of little kids.
