We stayed one night to attend an event - had a wonderful time. We were very pleased that the check in was quick and easy - they were able to assist us with directions. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Very clean; pleasant staff; great breakfast.
Disliked: Leave trash bin out of cabinet.

Disliked: The suite was not very clean - we had housekeeping one time - we had to i get our own towels take out our garbage - we had to buy our own dishwasher soap and dawn there was nothing! There’s nowhere on the internet where it says you have to get your own linen - our sheets were never changed - it was a mess! The noise was unbearable - we were in an and room right next to a train there was a tree branch hitting the window the entire time - there was garbage everywhere outside it was disgusting For breakfast I went down one day and was told I could not bring the 4 oatmeal I had picked (2 for me 2 for my husband) I also grabbed milk and chocolate milk - idk who the lady was but she said it was ridiculous - I paid for everything just like everyone else!

Liked: My husband and I have stayed at Residence Inn Franklin on several occasions in the past 5 years, we always are treated with great hospitality, and have always fulfilled ours needs at the time of each stay
