Nicely appointed room - very clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful. So close to Fenway Park and House of Blues. We'll definitely stay here again!

Everyone was so nice and my son said the hotel was lovely, especially the roof top bar. This hotel was very close to the House of Blues which made him very comfortable. Thank you for your assistance.

Nice hotel close to Fenway...
Liked: Great location, especially if you’re seeing a game at Fenway. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice clean, updated room, comfortable bed. Free breakfast.
Disliked: The description of hotel did not mention they were under construction- updating the lobby. And if you have a room facing the interior, you are directly facing a major construction site right outside your window. Noise started at 7 am and construction lights were on all night. Thankfully the room had dark curtains to close.

Ok
Liked: Nice facility and helpful staff
Disliked: Housekeeping policy should be reviewed. Was told we could pass on housekeeping or have a “light” housekeeping every other day (what’s a light housekeeping?). Well, we went for that but that appears to be just coming in and emptying the trash cans. We were there for 4 nights and I don’t care if I have to make the bed but we ran out of keurig coffee cups and toilet paper on day 1. Stopped by the front desk and asked for more the next morning. Wasn’t replenished and I had to call when we got back at 7 pm. Called housekeeping and no answer. Call front desk next and a very pleasant gentleman delivered the toilet paper and coffee quickly. Daily rate was $350. I know that Boston is pricey but that’s a pretty shabby policy/practice. VP of “Customer Experience” should be “reviewed”. Otherwise a very nice place….
