Exceptional

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great for me as i participated in the LA Marathon and this facility was 1 mile from the shuttle busses to the starting line at Dodger stadium plus the finish line was at the same area i got on the bus. It was within walking distance. Location was good and quite.
Disliked: Paying $57.00 for parking is the only thing i give a bad grade on. They now have valet parking only so you leave a tip as well so parking is way to high.

Never been treated worse than...

Disliked: I booked a room at the Residence inn by Marriott, but I came in across the street at the Beverly Hills Marriott. I provided my passport, email confirmation and payment statement. Instead of sending me across the street the employee, Sayf, clearly made me make a new payment for a room at the Beverly Hills Marriott with a bunch of lousy excuses as for example that my initial payment wasn’t confirmed and that the booking wasn’t visible because I booked on a short notice. In fact he booked me a new room, made me pay for it and promised to sort it out and come back to me what he never did. The next morning his colleague A. sort it all out and said that she would request a refund at the Residence Inn. The service level and way being treated is a disgrace for calling this a Marriott!!! We’re 3 months further and never heard anything back, when calling the employee Sayf is denying that he would make such a mistake and is accusing me of lying. I’ve visited many hotels across the world but never got treated worse!!!

not worth the price

Liked: very nice staff, big comfortable room
Disliked: -the hotel is under construction, it is very noisy every day 6:00-17:00, we heard every movement from upstairs, but they charged us full price for our stay.-the breakfast is poor, but okey…-the parking is way too expensive, 57$ per day, plus taxes and everything. at the end we paid appr. 130$ for two days parking-the bedding was smelly. it looked clean, but smelled interesting

Disliked: The fact that the Hotel housekeeping stole all my expensive make-up and jewelry, and Marriott as a brand, Nor the hotel staff did anything! They "offered points" instead of paying for my items or even compensation on our stay. Nothing was offered

From years of staying at...

Disliked: I did NOT like the fact that housekeeping threw away or either stole my personal items. Even after they half ass cleaned the room, items had been sitting out for days, other housekeeping employees had come into the room days prior to clean and never touched our items. However, the one who cleaned the room on the 2nd threw away/stole our things.
