Disliked: I booked three rooms through booking, but the reception can only find two, then the beautiful girl at the reception contacted with booking and booked the third one by manual and I paid these three rooms at the updated prices which are 120 dollars more than I booked through booking. But the next early morning, the hotel deducted my credit card for another room, therefore totally 4 rooms I paid. I contacted the reception and they agreed that the 4th or the 3rd room rate by manual shouldn’t be deducted and they will return the payment back. But till now I still haven’t received any payment return.

great place to stay for...

Liked: We had a great 1 night stay while we were down for the Cardinal's home opener. The staff was very friendly, our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. People giving bad reviews of this place must be very picky.... we had a pretty nice stay.
Disliked: I would say the Zenia bar and grill... made reservations but the waiter said they don't do reservations. felt sorry for the waiter, he was the only one taking orders and bringing food out, took quite awhile to get a menu to order our dinner.

Nice hotel but everything costs...

Liked: Great location if you are attending an event at the dome like we were, nice rooms, very clean and modern. Staff was very professional and efficient.
Disliked: Everything is an upcharge. Parking was $35, breakfast is $22, Wi-Fi is $14, felt like I got charged extra for pretty much everything I did except check in.

Would not stay again due...

Liked: Location is great!
Disliked: Food! Front desk stated to scan QR code for the cafe and they would deliver to our room. After waiting 45 minutes we went down to the cafe to inquire where food was and was told we would not be receiving it as they do not have the items to make the food of the menu. There were at least 30 people in the cafe with the same issue. Staff was rude!

Disliked: Air-conditioning would not cool room! Unfriendly service in parking garage.Bright led night light couldn't turn off at night.No free coffee. No microwave in room.Small rooms.Odor in room from smoke.
