Pros: I thought that the staff was very personable and professional. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely go back.

Cons: I thought that the price for valet parking, the only true option, was excessive.

Overall it was a beautiful hotel, with great interior-design and well-appointed rooms, and fairly well-situated in Providence. The staff seemed pleasant enough, but we had little interaction beyond check-in. We felt the hotel was overpriced for the experience, but may stay in this hotel again if we found a less-expensive price.

Pros: Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and well-designed. The exterior architecture was beautiful and interior spaces had excellent details.

Cons: There was no parking lot, so the car had to be valeted, which cost $28 not including tip, per day. The internet was an additional $11 per day and there was no coffee or tea in the waiting area. The business center did not have any internet access.
