Disliked: Rude bartender and the hotel food was really gross

You do NOT get what...

Liked: The location is ideal. The hotel is in the center of town and easy access to all the main attractions in Phoenix.
Disliked: This is not the first time I have stayed here, but this is certainly the last. I requested that my room be cleaned and it was not. I called up for fresh towels and they did not arrive, so I called back an additional 2 times. So I called for towels 3 times in the span of 60 - 70 minutes. Then on one of the final calls the front desk said I could go downstairs and get them. I paid over $1000 for 2 nights and they couldn't bring me fresh towels? A total lack of customer service. Not worth what I paid, and nowhere near close. Never staying here again and I visit Phoenix 2 a year.

Liked: The location was great!!!!
Disliked: We had mold on the floor of the shower, there was construction going on so loud banging and sawing noises( no sleeping in) they were missing some bean bags for corn hole so we asked someone for them and he said he would get them but we waited 30 min and he never came back. We looked the next day and they still did not have the bean bags.

Liked: The size of the room was perfect for just our one night and so clean. I loved that we were so close to everything and walked to our event. The staff were very attentive and nice.
