Disliked: Not having any rooms when I had a reservation for 7 months

disgusting behaviour leaving me stranded

Liked: the entrance was the only thing i got to see.
Disliked: they cancelled my reservation without warning. Left me stranded in a different country. No offer to help me. Cancelled with no explanation accept they couldn’t accommodate me! I booked this property in advance, then they asked for more money for the room a while later but agreed to honour the original price then cancelled me on the day after telling me i could check in at 4pm (i arrived at 12 and waited) then stated to me saying booking.com cancelled my reservation when it was them saying i didnt pay enough. absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Extremely pleasant

Liked: It's a bit too removed from the rest of the city but the building is beautiful and the room is so comfortable. Really loved the food at the restaurant downstairs and the Starbucks items offered in the morning.
Disliked: Again, the place's only real problem is how far removed it is from everything else going on in Philly.

Not the greatest but somewhat...

Liked: It was a nice place away from the city and right near the airport! Staff was friendly. Next to a quiet small town with good dining options.
Disliked: Paying $20 a night for parking is horrible and pathetic, $60 after spending close to $575 for 3 nights just adds salt to the wound. Nothing worked right: Gate to get in and out of the place. Tv was not the greatest, and always was glitching. Sink was clogged and never sent anyone up to fix it when we were there after I informed them (hope they did after i checked out because i informed them again). Also not complaining but no microwave in the room only one in the lobby.
