Disliked: Heating unit didn't work.

Disliked: Parking was 26 dollars for one night. Plus I get home and check my bank statement and there's a withdrawal from the hotel for $50. Not sure what the other $24 was for. Taking money out of someone's account and not telling them is unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back from accounting department. Not happy about this.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The bed linens were fabulous! And the bed so comfortable! Beautiful decor that matched the era of the building quite well. Love it when the buildings are restored not updated.

Liked: Love the historical building and that it was restored, not updated.
Disliked: The bathroom was rather small.

Missed my 25yrs anniversary event...

Disliked: They had to book me at the Westin at the last minute due to renovation. I had a very important work function I missed. I was celebrating 25 years at my job... Missed that milestone event. But they did pay for the rebook.. Still missed my 25yrs anniversary event

Small complications but great over...

Liked: The hotel was over booked due to the event that I was attending. the hotel did have another room at another hotel down the street set up. but the ballroom was amazing. All of the staff was extremely professional and were definitely a part of the good time I had there. I am looking forward to coming back next year
Disliked: The one complaint I have is that they allowed the hotel to be overbooked, which caused my relocation. The entire reason I booked a night at this hotel was because I knew I was going to be drinking and did not want to leave the hotel and walk down the street drunk.
