Overall, great value, service and...

Liked: Very nice 1-bedroom and bar/restaurant area. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very clean.
Disliked: Very few food options for family member who is gluten and nut free and vegetarian. Restaurant was not flexible in offering to make alternative food options. Pool was very cold.

Neriah has great customer service...

Liked: Very clean, great location
Disliked: Area location to purchase snacks, drinks, and frozen foods were limited to what was available. It was a busy weekend with CO BUFFS playing therefore you would expect for that area of hotel to have a variety of selections. Especially with cold weather foods such as soups, noodles/ top roman, crackers due to all food in surrounding area being closed after the game
