A place to sleep but...

Liked: It functioned as a place to sleep and had a fridge. Staff were nice.
Disliked: The shower water got stuck on super hot. The faucet controls broke and I had to call the manager to fix it. I had to use a towel to adjust the temp of the water because it couldn't be fixed. The blankets were old and were holey. The ice machine was barely functioning.

Liked: The staff was friendly, and the new hotel they sent me to was nice. Would go again.
Disliked: They sent me to a different hotel from the one I originally booked. The new place was nice, though.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Non smoking room smelled of stale smoke requiring use of inhaler. Sheets and towels were stained (I used a washcloth to dry off). There were holes in the walls and the smoke alarm was hanging in a canister dropped from the ceiling. Staff was unavailable to complain to without a phone call.
