Redondo Inn and Suites, Redondo Beach

Visiting family, relaxing at the beach in Redonde,very comfortable rooms and quiet atmosphere

Liked: The very lovely Inn is in a wonderful location.The staff is kind and courteous.I walked to beach easily within 15 20 minutes, depending how many times I stopped to smell the flowers.The rooms are clean,very comfortable bed and quiet.I highly recommend it and the Indian Restaurant next door was delicious and convenient!
Disliked: Nothing really.. it's a wonderful location and a good price.The rooms are not huge ,but perfect and have everything you need.

I would not recommend this hotel - 1 star at best.

Disliked: the rooms were freezing cold, the walls and ceilings let noise in from everywhere, the bed was pure torture, linens and towels were paper thin, the air conditioning unit was horrible - sounded like a rock crusher. One of the worst hotel experiences. The location is fine, just a few blocks from the beach. The facilities, not so good.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The location was the best part. Honestly the room was very small and outdated. The bathroom had visible mold and the bed covers were stained. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. No shampoo or conditioner and the blow dryer did not work.
Disliked: I did not like anything but the location. Room was small and mold on the bathroom walls. Covers were stained and pillows flat. Room was very outdated with nasty dirty carpet. The restaurant Thai Dishes is located on the property but food was horrible

All the hotels in the area need to clean up their act. Have pride of customer service!!

Liked: When you read the reviews of any low budget hotel in the area, a person could get pretty freaked out. Bed bugs, cockroaches, prostitution, fighting, hotel staff being bully are just some of the examples of reviews of low budget hotels in the area. Where I come from in Canada, a hotel room for 100 Canadian (69 USD) is clean and bright, no cockroaches, no bed bugs etc, so to have to pay 200 CDN to 600 CDN for something that may be sketchy was not fun. The Redondo Inn and suites was okay, just okay. It should have been a 70 USD a night place for what it is. When I did reviews of hotels in the area, even the 600 CDN per night had horrible reviews. We are not local to the area staying at any hotel in the area was a crap-shoot. Redondo was okay
