Disliked: The restaurant was closed until may, which we were not told beforehand, we cheched in around 7pm and found nothing open and ended up getting some chips at a gas station for supper. We were woken up at 3am by someone sleeping in their loud running car right in front of our room . Complained to the front desk, and they seemed to know about it but didn't care . This is not a place I would stay with a family as it seems to have something seedy going on . Don't be fooled by the pictures in the advertisement as they are very outdated. The room was very musty but was clean. We have a long trip still ahead of us , and we had to head out with very little sleep. $113.00 not well spent .

Quiet, comfortable, and affordable.

Liked: This facility is a family-run business. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Food in the on-site restaurant is delicious. For our family, we booked a two-room suite with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms were private. It was quiet and relaxing. The owners mentioned that they had purchased a number of new mattresses last year for the rooms. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: This property was originally built back in the day of the roadside motels. Much of it remains in that genre to this day. Thus, the rooms had a musty odour that accompanies an older building. Regarding the beds, one of the mattresses in the two-bed suite had not been replaced, so our daughters slept together on the newer mattress. That was a little disappointing.
