Very good

Liked: Very convenient location, and the room was clean. We upgraded to premium and got a snack box, which was a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The bed was comfortable, even though it was a spring mattress. Not a fancy hotel by any means, but it was great for what it was. We will definitely book here again!

Disappointing

Disliked: I had to stratal the tub faucet in order to take a shower, the shower head was pretty much falling out of the wall, and zero water pressure.

No-frills place if you're visiting...

Liked: Check-in was easy. Lots of parking. TV had amusing cable channels.
Disliked: The building was dingy. Door handle was wobbly. Smokers hanging out by the entrance.

Not the worst, not great....

Liked: It had what we needed in general. The room wasn't too terribly dirty, and the shower worked fairly well.
Disliked: When we arrived, there was no elevator so we had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs to the second floor. It was exhausting, and when we got to the second floor, we realized we were in the wrong place because it wasn't connected...possibly our fault, but it wasn't clear. We got to the room and our keys did not work. Thankfully a staff member was there since we had already asked for more bedding for our kids so they took a look, but they couldn't get the keys to work either. They got us new keys, which also didn't work. Thankfully we didn't need to leave until the morning, but it could have been an issue. The room was okay, it wasn't the cleanest, but not filthy. The worst part was the pillows were absolutely horrible, they were super stiff and uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep.

Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance and that was the main reason for our stay. The screen in the window was broken and in order to close the window I had to take the screen out.
