Disappointing

Liked: No breakfast at this motel. Location was great.
Disliked: Facilities were poor. Had to call maintenance because of a beeping smoke detector.

Liked: Very helpful and very good attitudes professional staff friendly and competent. The cleaning ladies very hospitable and efficient. Friendly all the way around.
Disliked: No I was quite impressed with this hotel operation. Thanks Ive stayed here about a month and so I have had a good glimpse of the entire operation and I was impressed. I dont give free pats on the back so they earned it. Very happy with my stay here.

Overrated and over charged due...

Liked: it was quite.
Disliked: Very poor room condition! The plaster on the ceiling was off and just painted over. Floors were very dirty! Only one very small trash can in the room. Must go to office to get clean towels! We had one hand towel for our entire stay! The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable! When I mentioned to the front desk, I was told that’s the first they’ve heard of that!

Disliked: The front office staff are amazing! However the environment is horrible so many thugs hanging out, the rooms are half way clean, the elevator had a loud odor as if someone is using it as a restroom, there is paint trying to cover up mold, the room door deadbolt was broken, and most of the beds are broken. I did have to request another room which honestly wasn’t any better other than the door being able to lock. The office did their best to try and accommodate me as a guest, however I do understand that the safety and upkeep of this place is just out of their control.. SO TO THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE PLEASE DO BETTER!!! you have a great staff so please clean and remodel this place because you are definitely making the money to do so.
