The carts rolling across slotted concrete scared me and my boyfriend awake in the night and mornings. If you like to sleep in, I don't recommend this hotel. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. It's close to a lot of venues and food.

Liked: Lovely pool and spa, rooms and bedding clean . Great area to stay
Disliked: Told Breakfast till 9.30 am but nothing hot left when we got there before 9. Got some food replaced after having to ask but not everything so disappointed! Room was a bit tired and a broker cupboard door and big mark on the carpet

Pleasant

Disliked: Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. It wasn’t awful and didn’t bother us personally that much, but we called to let the office know when we arrived (to ensure they didn’t charge US for smoking in the room) and they already knew about the smoke. Felt like the room should be discounted or something. We’ve stayed here before and the room was completely clean.

Liked: Great location and value and overall grounds seemed clean and well maintained
Disliked: Toilet seat and front of toilet in my room was dirty with what you’d suspect. Seemed hard to miss for someone cleaning.
