Very nice, large room, nice bed and very clean. It was fine for my needs and would stay there again.

Disliked: First room On fourth floor tv was on floor, leaning aganst wall. No tuner. Trash in bathroom waste basket. Called front desk and was told had to come back down to front desk if we wanted a new room. I asked front desk how such a room could be released to a guest. She said her job was front desk and she didn't have anything to do with the rooms.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean. There were lots of outlets on the night stand to plug in way more items than anyone needs to have. The price was great for the level of service, location, and quality of the accommodation. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely.
Disliked: Nothing is ever perfect. Breakfast oatmeal was just oatmeal colored water in a crockpot. The building infrastructure is getting a bit dated and needs a bit of TLC.

Nice stay for affordable price

Liked: This facility is clean. There is an EV charger. Some parking is a few steps down from outside the front door. I had a room on the second floor and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had good space. This hotel is not close to the highway but is near a large riverfront park and many restaurants to choose from. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pool is small for laps and there is no hot tub. I was able to do yoga in my room, as I had brought along my own mat. The gym is too small for stretching but if you like walking, running or biking on machines, you’ll be happy. No good walking areas outside the hotel.
