This hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel. I complained to Priceline but they didn't even respond to my issue. They said to ask the hotel to fix the issues I had with the assigned start level. Don't know how the hotel was supposed to update their decor, install power outlets, and fix the odor of the hotel in the one night I was there.

Cons: The room smelled of mildew. Hallways smelled like air freshener masking other odors. No cribs or pack n plays were available. Decor is dated and worn in spots. No accessible power outlets. Staff didn't seem to care that there were problems with my stay.

Hotel lounge is nice and cozy. Didn't like that they put $50 daily on your card or debit card for amenities whether you use any or not. Takes several days for those funds to be available to use so be prepared.

Pros: Staff was friendly and prompt. No issues at all.

Cons: The hotel location was easy to get to but getting into downtown Olympia is tricky from the hotel. I got lucky to find my way easily.
