Disappointing

Room was up to standards...

Liked: We loved the hotel room no complaints there. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: I don’t understand why if I am already staying in a room there and make a booking for the next night. Why do I have to pay another $100 deposit for the second night when you have one already. Also having to pay the early check in fee when I am staying in the same room makes no sense to me because the room didn’t have to be cleaned and we were there already?

Liked: Nice location and good price nice pool.
Disliked: Room was clean but had no hot water. No stopper for the bath tub which did not matter cause the drain was clogged, and as I said. No hot water. Nice fridge in the room but it was not plugged in or did not work. Bed had only a sheet on it and no blankets

Liked: The pool area is beautiful nice when you get a pool view but it’s not being cared for and not very welcoming
Disliked: Stayed twice first time was better than the second time. Room was outdated door lock was broken bathroom door didn’t lock room smelled like mold like it hadn’t been clean in months when we called the next day for our room to be cleaned we left for two hours we came back to a room that was barley clean . Property needs to make the place more welcome.

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t free it cost $1.99 and even though that’s discount it honestly wasn’t that good
Disliked: This is my second time here the first time was OK but the second time the Service was bad . Room was ran down .. missing coffee pot. Asked for room service didn’t happen had to call and ask again.The Wi-Fi was horrible.Also, there is various construction going on throughout the day and into the evening workers are walking around the whole time and taking away from the experience.They have a gated parking lot that is controlled by telephone. You have to come in stay your room number and also to exit. That part is OK except for the fact that you have to call and tell them which room number you’re in just to leave the property- that part is an inconvenience… And sometimes they won’t answer for up to one or two minutes. I definitely will not be staying here anymore and do not recommend it to anyone.

Liked: Pool is clean and nice but still cold in April. Really nice view. Decor is great.
Disliked: Coffee is expensive.
