Excellent service and great viewing...

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very pleased with back lawn.
Disliked: When I am away from home I expect someone else to make mt bed. Housekeeping only scheduled on 3rd day of stay. I don't need daily cleaning , but I expect to have my bed made.I would have liked breakfast hours to be a little longer. Maybe end at 9:30 instead of 9:00.

Liked: The food tasted great and everyone was super friendly. The room was clean. The price was a great value for the area.
Disliked: Breakfast hours are limited only between 6:30 and 9 am even when the hotel was fully booked making it hard to get breakfast. Asked for turn down service on day 3 of our 4 night stay and no one came even after making our room overflow with trash. The bathroom is too tight making it dangerous for falls and the door would get stuck making it easy to get locked in. Elevators sound like they are going to break down at any second. The mattresses are really old and need to be replaced but I have stayed at more uncomfortable places. The bar was open for us only because of the solar eclipse that was taking place but usually the bar is closed Sunday through Thursday meaning it would have been closed almost the whole stay which would have made me very unhappy if that had happened.

Great choice next to I-81...

Liked: I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews, but I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. It's adjacent to a number of useful places like a shopping mall, a huge supermarket, Walmart, Target, and decent food options. The hotel itself has a nice bar. Excellent place overall. I would happily stay there again!

Convenient location, pleasant place to...

Liked: Breakfast was a nice plus. Location was great, we came for the eclipse, watched from the parking lot. Enjoyed ourselves.
Disliked: Hallways are a little dark, some things could be updated.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and the location was very convenient...lots of eating options nearby. The room was clean but needs some upgrades.
Disliked: Only one set of linens are supplied and housekeeping only visits if you stay 4 or more days ! The Ramada needs a lot of updating. Furniture and drapes with holes. A real struggle to open/close the blinds. The coffee maker burped water all over the desk.
