Queen bed was really hard which made it hard to sleep. Cleaning staff was great and the front desk was very nice too!

Liked: Staff was great. Pleasant and accommodating.
Disliked: For a Hampton, generally seemed worn down. Lots of stuff broken or not working in the room. Sink faucet was wobbly, shower faucet had a big gap where you could see into the wall, microwave didn't work, not much in terms of toiletries amenities (q-tips, cleansing cloths) that you expect from a suite facility. And... the morning breakfast was very meh at best. I actually spend extra to book at Hampton bc they're cleaner and the breakfast is using on point.

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was kind and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable...great pillows. I had a handicapped accessible room with a tub and there were plenty of shower bars and bars near the comfort-height toilet. The room was spacious enough to accommodate my walker with ease. The location was very convenient to the errands I needed to run while in town. Will stay here again.
Disliked: The only issue I had was that the conditioner was empty in the shower, and since I am handicapped, it was difficult to get out of the shower to use what I had brought with me. Getting in and out of a wet tub with mobility issues is not easy.

Liked: super friendly and efficient staff, we arrived late at night. Room was very clean and modern, spacious and bed was very comfy. Bathroom was very new and spacious. Good blinds , everything you need, very good breakfast.
Disliked: a bit of noise from people passing by the aisle, but, not a hotel fault.
