Very happy with our stay!

Liked: The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows. The gals at the front desk were very nice.
Disliked: The internet did not work very well in our rooms or not at all.

Liked: Nicest hotel we have stayed at in awhile.

Exceptional

Liked: Your pillows are amazing and I also like the shower!
Disliked: Coffee maker needs an upgrade.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Super rude staff at check in. Went to room, bedspread was ripped. Pillows smelled like old sweat. Front desk did not care, didn’t fix anything. Prepaid on Booking.com they required another card upon check in, both cards have been charged so given the experience at check in I’m sure getting my money back for being doubled charged will be great.

We had some good/ bad...

Liked: Check-in was awesome, very friendly.She made it smooth for my family to check-in and get to our room.
Disliked: The glasses were dirty in my room.I didn't like that the co-workers were talking badly about another renter infront of me, not realizing we were related.Breakfast server was to busy gossiping about the other renter and couldn't take our order i had to look for her a few time there was a gentleman that was alot of help he was nice and attended us a few times but that server was rude to him.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoy the suite setup. I enjoyed the larger tv size, especially since I watched the Superbowl, on it.
