Liked: This is our third time staying at Oasis. It is always a clean, comfortable and relaxing stay.the facilities and amenities are excellent and the price is great too! We will definitely be staying here again!
Disliked: If I had a suggestion it would be to provide a hot tea option at breakfast.

Disliked: Choose this hotel for indoor pool which is decent and kids enjoyed. However they gave us a room that was not cleaned, the sheets on the bed were not changed and there were stains on bed and chair as well as hair on bedsheets. Instead of accountability and apology she went on to explain they change sheets and clean everyday...well you clearly didnt with my room. Personal Hygiene and cleanliness is very important and priority to my family. Not staying here ever again.

Liked: Breakfast was very subpar. Parts of the property were nice but other parts are completely run down. Don’t trust the pictures. Our room was newly remodeled so it was nice.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they put us right next to rooms they were remodeling. They said they were sold out but I would have to disagree after walking around the property and seeing the amount of vehicles in the parking lot. They have done a lot of work but they have a long way to go. We were there to relax and the construction started at 8 am in the room right next to us. I just don’t understand the rationale behind this. There were plenty of other rooms in the hotel. The manager did reimburse us $50 of the $165 rate. Restaurant was very good though.

Liked: Our bedroom was clean, the restroom was clean! No complaints. The restaurant inside the hotel had great food, and prices were decent. The pool area was really nice, well maintained my kids loved it. The water was not cold it was tolerable.
Disliked: We noticed there were gnats in our room, we killed at least 4. The pool room was room temperature but getting out of the pool it was cold. Maybe keeping that room a bit warmer would be nice.
