Would stay there again but guest services should support their "services".

Liked: Thought I had hit the jackpot when I arrived, with friendly guest services. Was told two free drinks but that became one - that was OK, did have hot food with the happy hour. Room was a big room and comfortable but being standed at Crown just took the cake and ruined experience.
Disliked: Did not tell guests who took a shuttle to the venue at Crown that they would not come back for you. Actually, was told they WOULD come back for you. Left in the rain for over 2 hours. Cabs could not get in for traffic going out. Was miserable waiting. No excuse for leaving a guest stranded.

Disliked: The rooms and hallways are dirty. There's roaches in rooms, where breakfast is served.

Liked: The room was very large and an elevator to access the room without stairs. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: There were places in the room that needed maintenance attention or better repairs, but at the price point it's to be expected. Garbage was piled up by a ramp which made it a it difficult the manuve

Liked: wonderful price. 6th floor view lovely. was remodeled but still old and dusty. why the headboards always Have fingerprints and greasy head spots. saw gnats no roaches and no bed bugs. complimentary breakfast was a plus. rooms spacious. huge tubs. over all a wonderful stay. I say dusty because my allergies was going crazy
