Close to SOEC, golf, good restaurants.

Liked: Clean and spacious.
Disliked: Booking agency seemed to inflate actual hotel rate; did not offer a senior's rate, CAA rate, etc.

Exceptional

Liked: The day shift manager was amazing, she went out her way to help me find the suitable accommodation. I really wish that we had more people like her in management positions, people who are genuinely there to help customers even if that means having to do the extra work.

Great location for golfers

Liked: The hotel is under renovation, we were in one of the refurbished rooms. They have done an awesome job. Bed was probably the most comfortable l have ever had in a hotel.
Disliked: They have a coffee maker and supplies, bottled water in the fridge would have been welcome.

Enjoyable Stay

Liked: Enjoyed a facility built quite awhile ago, so room size and bathroom were larger than newer hotels. Everything was up to date and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were excellent. An added benefit was the attached pub that had excellent staff, food and value for dollar.
Disliked: Everything was very good and my only comment was that the gate system to park could be much better designed and convenient.

Comfortable, nice location. Good value....

Liked: The location to the arena was great. It wasn’t a far walk to the water either. Lots of places to walk to near by. It had a nice hot tub. Restaurant attached had the best potato skins and a delicious margarita.
Disliked: The gate by the pool and restaurant into the property was broken so it defeated the purpose of the secure parking gates. It’s under renovation so hard to judge. Pool is only seasonal but did have a working hot tub.
